​​​​​​​To best leverage, your use of IT resources here at Supermicro please follow this guide to make sure you are set up with everything you need.

​​​​​​​為了充分利用您在 Supermicro 的 IT 資源，請遵循本指南以確保您已準備好所需的一切。 

 

  1.  The first thing you will need to do is log on and reset your account password 請立即更換預設密碼

密碼規則為至少須符合以下三種條件：
－Uppercase Alpha (A-Z)
－Lowercase Alpha (a-z)
－Numeric (0-9)
－Non-Alphanumeric Characters

 

  1. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Access E-mail and Activate Office 365 請立即啟用Office 365以收發信件​​​​​​​
    To access company email, you must connect to corporation network via LAN connection (ethernet cable), wireless connection (SMC_Office Wi-Fi) or VPN. Use outlook app on your company computer to access your email or by going to     twmail.supermicro.com. When you first use Office 365 app that's not activated, you'll be prompted to refer here to activate your office apps.

    請接上公司網路（有線網路、無線網路或VPN）以便收發公司郵件，並使用Outlook應用程式收發郵件。若是您第一次使用Office365時，應用程式尚未正式啟用，請參考這裡啟用您的Office365。

  2. Box 專屬Cloud硬碟
    Go to box.supermicro.com and log in to your account, refer here for help. This is your personal cloud storage and can be used for file sharing. 

    前往 box.supermicro.com並登錄您的帳戶，請參閱這裡獲取幫助。這是您的個人雲端硬碟，可用於文件共享。

     
  3. Extra Software Installation Request 非標準軟體安裝申請 
    If you need to install software are not installed in the company computer, please refer here to apply. 

    如果您需要安裝的軟體並未安裝在您的電腦中，請參考這裡申請。

     
  4. IT Support IT支援
    Helpdesk site to submit a ticket for IT support or email to helpdesk_taiwan@supermicro.com.tw. Refer here to see how to submit a New IT Support Ticket or call #4119.

    若需要IT支援，可以到Helpdesk site開單申請，或者email到helpdesk_taiwan@supermicro.com.tw. 請參考這裡了解如何開單申請IT支援。

  5. VPN 虛擬私有網路申請
    If you need VPN service, please apply the service through PR system, please refer here to apply. To connect to VPN you can use FortiClient app on your computer. Refer here to connect to VPN. If you follow the steps and still cannot connect, you may submit a ticket for VPN access.

    ​​​​​​​如果您需要VPN服務，請至PR系統上申請，請參考這裡了解如何申請。可以在您的電腦上使用FortiClient 應用程式連線VPN。如果您按照步驟執行仍然無法連線VPN者，您會需要開單申請IT支援。
